For Professional Teams
After initial assessments and careful planning, your team will come work with us in the arena. You'll be assigned tasks to do with the horses— and they won't go as expected. All the activities happen on the ground, no riding. This space between expectation and reality is exactly what's needed for breakthroughs to occur. Unlike traditional consulting where someone points the finger at what's wrong and tells you what you must do, or where employees who know what's going on aren't even asked, each person on your team will be part of the solution. |
For Individuals
Because horses are sentient beings, they perceive truth in what is meant more than what is said, they are unable to talk themselves into saying or doing things that are out of alignment with who they are. Horses literally stand in their truth—which gives us the space to stand in ours. Horses let us see things in our lives as they are. . not as we wish they were, or could be, or ought to be.
